Midnight Matcha Tattoo Policy

Hello!!

Thank you so much for wanting to get a tattoo from me! I’m so honored. The following rules are in place in order for me to be able to do this awesome work!

Here below is my Policy:

Currently, I work at Snail Flower Tattoo in Portland,OR on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 11am - 8pm and occasionally Saturday flash days.

One free touch up comes with every tattoo, as long as you book the touch up within 1 year of the original appointment. Unless I’m doing some kind of special sale, offer, or trade, my minimum is $40 for a tattoo. The booking nonrefundable deposit fee is $40. This deposit fee will go towards the total price of your tattoo. For example, if your tattoo is $50 total. You would pay $40 at the time of booking, and $10 at the appointment.

Once I have received your deposit through venmo @mansduhart (no fee) or through Venue.ink (which includes a 10% fee) your booking date will be added to my calendar and also confirmed. Any date that we discuss booking your tattoo is not confirmed without a deposit paid.

If you are getting a custom piece, an additional $50 nonrefundable drawing fee will be required. Once this is paid, I will begin drawing.

If needed, I can sometimes offer sliding scale tattoos based off of your budget, so feel alright about asking. But, I can’t always do this!🩵🩵

Currently, I charge $50/hour per tattoo. You can tell me what your budget is! And I will also have set rate designs and flash available on my instagram @midnight.matcha.tattoo with some prices in my highlights.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your tattoo, you must do this 72 hours before the scheduled appointment or the deposit fee is forfeited and you will need to pay another $40 nonrefundable deposit fee to make another appointment. Your appointment can be rescheduled 3 times, but for the 4th rescheduled appointment another $40 nonrefundable deposit fee will be required. And that appointment is good for another 3 reschedules, etc…

Please let me know if you are running late. If you are over 30 minutes late, your deposit and (if you are also getting a custom) drawing fee are forfeited. But, sometimes, even if you’re arriving later, I can still make it work, especially if we are messaging during/before the appointment time.

If you do miss an appointment (are over 30 minutes late) you can rebook with an additional deposit fee. If you miss 3 appointments in a row, I can choose not to schedule with you anymore.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone. If you paid a custom drawing fee and choose not to go through with the appointment, your deposit fee will be refunded, but not your drawing fee, even if it’s within 72 hours of the appointment.

Don’t forget to bring your valid 18+ ID! Please show up having eaten, somewhat recently showered/tattoo area cleaned, and if you have lots of hair in the area being tattooed, please shave that around within a week of the tattoo.
